The Silver TMT steam tube oven, is suitable for baking various type of bread, either free standing (bread loaves, rolls, bagels), or in moulds (tin bread), in trays (rolls).

Baking temperature range: 210-280 °C.

Available in three or four decks configuration.


• Strong bottom heat provides excellent product development and crust
• Low fuel consumption: the design of this oven ensures approx. a 25% fuel saving compared to a cyclotherm oven with the same capacity
• Multi-deck configuration leads to very a compact oven body. A little floor space is required for large baking surfaces
• Simple construction and effective design require low maintenance work

Its new steam tube sections design allows optimal heat exchange and the powerful steaming system, which supplies an even steaming on products, are two great strengths of this oven.
